TMIS is developed as a Government to Government (G2G) web-based application designed to facilitate the monitoring and planning of skilled and trained healthcare providers.
TMIS is visualized as a “Single Window” solution that integrates:

Static Database: Encompasses all training-related documents such as guidelines, manuals, course content, training calendars, circulars, and other relevant materials.

Dynamic Database: Captures real-time data regarding trainings, nominations, certificate generation, post-training evaluation, and post-training deployment.
The core purpose of TMIS is to maintain a centralized database of trained human resources to strengthen the public sector health delivery system.
