संस्थान के सेवाकालीन प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम राज्य तथा जिला स्तरीय कार्यक्रम प्रबंधकों के लिए स्वास्थ्य एवं परिवार कल्याण प्रबंधन, स्वास्थ्य संचार, प्रशिक्षण प्रौद्यगिकी स्वास्थ्य प्रणाली अनुसंधान, प्रजनन शिशु स्वास्थ्य आदि आयोजित किए जाते हैं। यह प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम 1 सप्ताह से 10 सप्ताह तक की अवधि होते हैं।
